Microsoft 365 integration for businesses.

We organise company documents, permissions and ownership, then connect Outlook, SharePoint, CRM and ERP.

45%cite incompatibility with existing equipment, software and systems as a barrier to using AI
Where work gets stuck

AI often fails long before the model.

In the same Destatis dataset, 44% cite the availability or quality of the required data. Another tool rarely solves the problem. Filing structures, identities, permissions, data owners and handovers must first be clear enough for people and automation to trust them.

From a broken handover to a data flow

An organisational system for your company documents.

We do more than add new folders. We establish which information is authoritative, who maintains it, who may access it and which downstream process needs it.

01 · Filing

One rule for every document

Document type, location, naming, version, retention and accountable owner become unambiguous.

02 · Access

Permissions follow responsibilities

Groups, sharing and external access become traceable instead of depending on individuals.

03 · Handover

Data flows to the next system

Information is transferred, checked and written back without your team entering it again.

How we solve it

Organise, connect, monitor.

We take one specific data path—such as an enquiry, quote or project document—and build a controlled flow through your existing environment.

01

Current flow

Map the source, copies, processing, permissions and target system.

02

Ownership

Define which system and which person are responsible.

03

Integration

Build the interface, Microsoft Graph connection, export or secure handover point.

04

Testing

Test permissions, failure cases, logging and recovery.

05

Operations

Document and monitor the system, then adapt it safely when things change.

Typical integrations

Microsoft 365 is often the beginning, not the end.

  • DocumentsSharePoint, OneDrive, network drives and document management

  • IdentityMicrosoft Entra ID, groups, roles, sharing and external users
  • InterfacesMicrosoft Graph, APIs, webhooks, secure exports and controlled automation
How we measure improvement

Less searching, copying and rework.

A connected system is only better when everyday work becomes easier and operations become more transparent.

Manual transfersData entries between the systems involved.
Search timeTime required to find the valid document or record.
Duplicate filesMultiple versions without a clearly authoritative state.
Permission issuesUnclear, outdated or unnecessary access.
Interface errorsFailed runs, retries and rework.
Documented data flowsShare of critical paths with an owner and incident plan.

Targets are set after the initial assessment. Technical feasibility, licences and third-party interfaces are reviewed before we provide a quote.

What businesses ask before an integration.

How can Microsoft Graph be integrated?

A registered application receives only the permissions it needs. We then build and test the specific read or write operations, approvals, logs and error paths. Scope and approval depend on the use case.

How do you connect a CRM to Outlook?

Depending on the CRM, contacts, emails, appointments or records can be linked through a standard integration, an API or controlled automation. First, it is important to establish which system holds the master record.

How do you organise company documents in SharePoint?

With a structure based on document types, metadata, owners, versioning, permissions and retention rules. The folder view is only the surface; the organisational logic behind it is what matters.

Can Avolang take over an existing Microsoft 365 environment?

Yes. We assess the tenant, users, licences, groups, sharing, applications and critical data paths, then agree on a one-off clean-up, integration or ongoing support.

Do we need a new data platform for AI?

Not necessarily. Many initial use cases can access existing systems. A new platform only makes sense when security, quality, volume or operations genuinely require one.

First step

Show us one broken handover.

In the free fit check, we follow one data path from entry to destination and tell you whether organisation, a standard integration or a custom connection is the right next step.
